In accordance with the Constitution of the CPC, the Regulations of the CPC on Election of Grass Roots Organizations, and the Electoral Measures and other relevant provisions, five members of the CPC Foshan EON Branch Committee were elected among Party members by secret ballot and competitive election.

Li Xiangyang was the Secretary of the first Branch Committee of the CPC Foshan EON, Jiang Changguo was the Deputy Secretary of the first Branch Committee of the CPC Foshan EON, and Cheng Xingui, Wu Qinghua and Tan Baozhen were the members of the committee.
